• Standard HDR Blended Photo Pack + Property Site – $180
  • 18 High Dynamic Range photos of the exterior & interior that allow viewers to see out the window, see details in the shadows and highlights, etc. Includes property site if desired.
• Premium HDR Blended Photo Pack + Property Site – $230
  • 28 High Dynamic Range photos of the exterior & interior. Includes property site if desired.
• Ultimate HDR Blended Photo Pack + Property Site – $280
  • 38 High Dynamic Range photos of the exterior and interior. Includes property site if desired.
• Matterport 3D Tour – $180; 10¢ per sq. ft. after 1,500 sq. ft.
  • 3D Showcase Virtual Tour created with a Matterport Verified Camera.
• Video Editing Services – $100hr (1 hour to edit a short-form video, approx. 1-59 sec in length, and $100 for each additional minute added to the final video)
  • The footage received will be professionally color-graded and cut together for optimal pacing. More complex visual effects such as the ones found by clicking HERE, transitions, special graphics, and subtitles may take more time to implement into the final video.
• Video Filming Services – $150hr
  • I will come out to film at a location of your choosing. My full arsenal of filmmaking equipment will be made available: gimbal, drone, 4K cameras, tripods, etc. The high quality & flexible LOG footage files will be delivered via Google Drive or be transferred to you on location if you provide a storage device.
• Video Home Tour – $300; 10¢ per sq. ft. after 1,500 sq. ft.
  • Professionally edited 4K video walkthrough of your home on a handheld gimbal camera. Drone video is included when necessary.
• Marketing Video – $675
  • This Professionally edited 4K video includes the opportunity to film your company in action, whether it be a realtor performing a guided tour through a home, a highlight reel of your plumbing staff working at a construction site, a personal trainer working out with their clients, etc. Perfect to use for marketing through platforms like Google Ads & Instagram/ Facebook Ads. Drone footage is included when necessary. All footage must be collected on the same day & is limited to one location & its nearby surroundings. Approx. 2 hours in total are allotted for filming. A single long-form video or 2 short-form videos will be produced with an option to purchase additional edited videos if need be.
• Company Culture Video – $975
  • This Professionally edited 4K video is an ideal choice for a company that wants to fully express its mission statement. If desired, a two-camera interview-styled video can be filmed at first and the remaining time can be used to collect B-roll of your company in action. This package is not only a great option for companies needing a video for their website’s homepage but for those looking to acquire more creative videos for their marketing campaigns. Drone footage is included when necessary. The package grants two locations within a reasonable distance of each other & their nearby surroundings. Approx. 4 hours in total are allotted for filming. A single long-form video or 2 short-form videos will be produced with an option to purchase additional edited videos if need be.
• On-Site 10 Image Event Shoot – $180
  • 10 photos at a location of your choosing. Great option for companies needing photos of their event, weddings, etc. Sessions are booked in 1-hour time blocks but time can be flexible.
• On-Site 3-Image Headshot Pack – $150
  • 3 photos at a location of your choosing. This budget option is perfect for individuals who want to update their headshots or for companies that need to order updated staff photos in bulk. Images are Professionally Edited to remove distracting facial blemishes, hair flyaways, etc. This package must be purchased if Headshots are desired due to the equipment and photo editing that’s required from our team.

• Schematic Floorplan – $100 for 0-3,500 sq.ft. ; $150 for 3,500-5,000 sq.ft.
